The purpose of the washcloth and the glass was for the presentation. The computer is to show you facts about water quality in the area. The pizza coupons and movie passes definitely should have been given to you. As a representative for the company I would like to apologize that you did not receive them. If you would contact the Midland Office, ask for Matt Alderson. He is the owner of that franchise. I have had the opportunity to spend time in his organization and have seen Mr Alderson demonstrate his willingness to resolve any challenges. He has received one of the highest achievement awards for customer service. Although there is no excuse, I am sure that this was a miscommunication and had he been aware of our situation it would've been taken care of promptly.
