I took my parents bird to this hospital to have it's wings clipped. My parents called this veterinarian ahead of time to inform him that I would be bringing their bird in. They asked if I would be able to use their credit card to pay for the service. The vet assured them that this would not be a problem. We would not have used this vet if it was a problem. After the birds wings were clipped, I proceed to pay using my parents charge card as arranged with the vet. At this point the cashier said this was not my card and that they would not accept it. I explained to her that my parents had already asked the vet if this would be OK. She then said that was irrelevant and she would not accept the card. At this point the veterinarian, R. Sidhu walked out. I told him that if he would not accept my parents card as agreed, then I would just go and get my father so that we could process the transaction. At this point, R. Sidhu grabbed my arm and said that I was not going anywhere. He then grabbed my finger and started bending it as if he were trying to break it. I managed to break away from him and then promptly called the police.
