Hi,
I make Attars, scented oil fragrances. I ordered from this store after receiving a recommendation and was horribly offended by the product they sent me.
I have never received an order of essential oil from anyone that stank of alcohol. I have to assume it was a personal attack on my business as it seems to be a bit competitive around here. Thing these guys do not realize is a sale is a sale. They stick their personal problems onto me and i am just wishing to make a purchase. So they do not respond to request for refund or send me what i ordered..
So this will help set their customer service standard above s**t level. I hope, and buyers beware this guy is deceitful and not what he says, he is just a flag waver. Kind of like a tailgate terrorist if you ask me. Maybe homeland wants to know why he is shipping alcohol through the air freight..these days that could be construed as a bomb no? I am very upset at this company no doubt. DO NOT BUY BEWARE of hidden prejudice.
