Gary, It sounds like your problem is with the cashier and not the company. ARAMARK did over $11 billion in sales last year, and at times even the best companies hire bad employees. You need to speak to the manager of the location with your concerns. If that does not solve the problem, give him or her one last chance. Then speak with the head of your facility about it. ARAMARK is a service providing company, and therefor your company is the client that must be kept happy. You can force the ARAMARK manager into action if needed by having your company press the issue. Visteon is paying the bill for the services ARAMARK provides, and as such must be kept happy.

It is Aramark policy, as well as the policy of most all vending & dining services companies, that EVERYTHING that is sold in the cafeteria should have a set price and that price should be listed. When a new product is brought in, a sign should be printed and posted stating the price. One solution would be to go to this cashier's manager and ask Him/Her to post a price list next to the register, if there is already one there, and the manager doesn't do anything about it, go to His/Her client contact (usually office services) and report the problem. If she is pocketing the money, it isn't at the end of the day, because the drawer is usually counted by the manager, in my experience with the company, if the cashier does cound his/her own drawer, it is with the manager present to verify it, since it is the manager that is ultimately responsible for any funny business that is uncovered during an audit.
