Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company is very questionable to say the least. I responded to a help wanted ad on Craigslist. Upon receiving a call back from Stan"job title unknown", was asked to come interview the next day. The interview consisted of an onsite drug test, filling out short generic app providing 10 year history as required by FMCSA. No Background check, No reference check, no Driving history check. Pay was agreed upon as 25% of 100% of what i grossed with the truck. Was asked to immediately get in a truck and go haul a load. I coudnt but scheduled to report for work the following sunday, 2 days later. Met the owner Jill Gibson on sunday at a repair shop to pick up the truck. Truck was an 06 international 9400i that had seen its better days. Upon walk around inspection i find the truck is sitting on a flat tire, there is not 1 matching tire on the truck or trailer,it has 3 marker lights out and all brakes, truck and trailer are out of adjustment. After making necessary adjustments and repairs i set out for south Tx. After reaching highway speeds i immediately noticed a vibration in front end of truck, i informed the owner Jill Gibson but recieved no response . Truck started out with two miss matched steer tires with bout 75% tread depth. The vibration continues.upon my 3rd pretrip inspection i notice abnormal tread pattern wear n drivers side steer i again informed her of the problem to no response. It takes me 2 weeks to finally get the tire replaced. Now to the pay part. After the second week the thursday before my first payday i get involved in a conversation with some of her other drivers about how their pay is not right . I called her imediately and asked her about this and was informed that no she pays 25% of whats left over after she pays herself a lease fee and pays the rest of her bills for the week on the truck. This comes out to actually be around 21.5% of gross. After reminding her of our innitial agreement of 25% of 100% gross, she then claims she dont remember it, but after some arguement we settle on 23% of 100%. The following week i go on my days off and relinquish the truck to another new driver, a close personal friend and business partner who upon inspecting the truck refuses to drive it in its poor condition. Upon recieving my most recent settlement from her i notice some descrepentcys in the numbers so upon running them i find that again she has payed me a percentage not what we agreed upon.i bring this to her attention feeling it a clerical error. The was informed via text message that " i am not going to pay you any differently than i do anyone else, i cant afford you so i have hired another driver." I have tried contacting her several times to discuss this matter with no response. So other drivers beware, She runs poor equipment not fit to pass dot inspection, pushes you to run illegal, and will not pay you standard oil field rates.
