Arcadia Financial ripoff, liars, very rude, dishonest, disrespectful, Carol Stream Illinois
On Oct 22, 2003 we made a payment over the phone and at that time we asked for our Noc. 2003 payment to be deferred to the end of the contract because I was having major surgery. On Nov. 10, 2003 we called back and were told that our deferment was approved. Imagine our surprise when today 12-11-03 we got what we thought was our Dec bill to find we were being told to pay the NOv and Dec bill and a late charge on top of that. When we called them this evening we got a VERY rude and hateful lady. She told us it had not been approved and then started asking questions. we had to tell the same story to another person about 10 min later.
Now we do not understand why when a company such as aracadia cannot admit that they mess up and take responsibility for it. I have had 3 surgeries since July and the stress this is causing me is enourmous. I take 10 pills a day to keep my heart stabalized and this has sent my heart rate into orbit. Normal rate is 60-80 beats per minute. Mine is 153 per minute and this is with medicine. I hope I do not have a heart attck because of this. They need to do there job and replace the irresposible people working for them.

somethings wronge here I bought a ford ranger at the same time that my ex bought another car at the same time and maybe a few hundred dollars more and she is done paying on her car and I still owe on mine about $7000.00 this isnt adding up very well now is it Ive been late on payments a couple of times but $7000.00 doesnt sound right can someone help me because I dont know how to figure this out and see if there scamming me. and yes ive been treated like crap also please someone help me

I was a month late with a payment back in Septamber and got a call at work from someone in their office. She was completely RUDE. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was given to a co-worker; I know this because I had spoken to Pat on several occassions. I explained that I had mailed them a check and it was not my fault they hadn't received it yet. I was told that I would have to make a stop payment on the check (a $20 fee from my bank) and personally bring a new check to the local office. I told her that this was ridiculous! She said if I didn't, they would come for the car.....I was 1 month behind for cryiong out loud..... Anyway, the whole point behind this is that I have found one VERY nice lady to speak with; I refuse to speak to any of those other RUDE and completely CRUEL people anymore. Her name is Jessica and she can be reached DIRECTLY at 1-888-433-5108 Ext 49090. She has been completely civil, is always very pleasant and is EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!! Call her.......
