I fell for this ripoff. I thought I was getting a free trial.

When it arrived, I found out it contained more product that I would be charged for if not returned within 14 days.

the package was susposed to contain 3 days of free trial, and if I was'nt satisfied, return the other 7 day packs or I would be charged. That means there should have been 10 packs in the box, as the letter that came with it stated. Problem was, when I counted the packs there were only 9. Had I used the 3 free packs there would not have been 7 to return.

I wrote them at helpmyorder.com and told them what I had received and that I was returning it(all 9 day packs, nothing used). The next day I mailed it to the address they had sent to return it to, I beleive it was S.L.C. Utah. I put $4.23 postage on it to make sure it got there and was'nt returned to me.

My credit card was charged $63.00 befor the 14 days were up.I contacted them and they said that I would be credited the $63.00 to my card as soon as my order return was processed.I also contacted my card company and told them that I was disputing the charge. They sent me a letter saying that the company had 30 days to credit my account, and that if they did not, to contact them again(my card company)and that then they would persue the dispute. That makes sence to me, give the crooks time to run.

Because the money came out of my checking account, I concider this to be internet banking fraud. If anyone else feels the same way, contact me and we can hire an atturney to file a class action suit, and notify the appropreate athorities.

Arctic White Clear to Me

I bought the Arctic White 3-day free trial for $6.99. It was clear to me before I purchased it that they would ship 10 days worth. If you use 3 days and do not like it, you can ship the remaining 7 days back to arctic white and not be charged the $69.99 for the full 10-day system. So I shipped the reamining products back and was never charged. I have not had one problem with them, although I think their marketing team needs to investigate all the ways their product is advertised. The reason I came across Arctic White was another internet scam. It was Product Testing Panel or something, where i would recieve a free Apple iMac g4 to test if i signed up for 2 trials from each of 3 pages of companies. Arctic White was one of these companies. If they really care about their product they really should investigate these shady marketing strategies and not be a part of them.
