Arcticold Refrigeration Steve Cormier Cooling unit warranty replacement ! Waiting more than 2 months so far. Won't return my calls. St. Antoine New Brunswick
Norcold refrigerator 1200 Arcticold refrigerator cooling unit.
I called Steve at Arcticold last June 29,17, I reported that my cooling unit had failed. He had me run several test to confirm that the cooling unit was bad. I installed the cooling unit last spring, so it was less than a year that it failed. Steve said he would send me another unit under warranty.
I have called Arcticold at least 14 times and left messages for a return phone call. I have also sent over 6 eMails with no responce. This is now the middle of September, and I still don't have any replacement cooling unit information, or shipping status. No one from Arcticold has ever called me about this warranty claim.
