Ari Moved into my building a few months ago. In order for him to get his internet compnay going he has lied to the community and neighbors and lied to airbnb about his ORGY that he promoted only to make AIRBNB pay him to start his internet company to "catch" illegal subletting. He is a Fraud and a liar. I have been in and out of my apt for months only to have him snaping photos of me and anyone I have with me. If I am traveling and somone is staying with my cat, he snaps photos of them. My brother was recentally there and Ari stipped him in the allway asked if he was airbnb and my brother jokingly said 'Sure".. BAM, phone came out and a photo was taken. Ari Teman is a nighmare and a bunch of us are geting together to go to the police for harassent. We all live very peacefully in the building and Ari is constantly bothering everyone with his cameas and loud rude behavior. Ari Get a life, you are a total fraud and a looser. Carter was completely correct about you, there is no proof of anything you are in insurance Fraud and a complete imposter. WE want you OUT

Yes the aboe complaints and all other complaints on this guy are real. He isn't who he said he is. He frauded Airbnb and franuded his rental insurance compnay for money. There is a screw loose with the way this guy does business for sure and takes no priosoners. His Isralie commections for this new technology is incredible however, his past is dirty and he is a dirty guy.

The spelling is as accurate as the report.
The primary motivation for this complaint seems to be that a few days ago I asked someone who I didn't recognize in a tiny (16-unit) building if they were an Airbnb guest and they said yes. Not sure how asking if someone is from Airbnb is "ripping off" anyone.
I'm very happy this person "Sam" has multiple "brother"s and (I'm guessing) sisters and friends of all ethnicities and backgrounds who come visit every few days with suitcases, sometimes in groups, and all say they're Airbnb guests, but are just there to watch a cat. Some even show me their Airbnb reciepts! Must be nice to have such a diverse family, and be able to charge them for visiting you and watching your cat.
I'd suggest, "Sam", that you're better off not entering a public fight with a guy you know has evidence that can get you evicted. You'd also be really dumb to file false police reports or continue to defame me -- by your own admission I fight back hard. Leave me alone and I will do the same and we can be neighbors (well, whomever you have living in your place). Cheers.
