Arize clinic is selling and administering B-12 and other shots illeaglly.
They are giving shots without having a Dr see the patients. Violation of Federal and state laws.
They are also dispensing the vials illegally.
The vials are compounded and therefore may not be given to patients. This is a federal law.

It is NOT illegal for them to give you a shot of B12. It is a intramuscular injection. Meaning that no matter what there is time for the B12 to move through your system. You can also purchase B12 VIALS both online and at some health food stores. Its no different then say insulin. The people who have to use insulin are not medical doctors and the injections are INTRAMUSCULAR. Not intraveinous.
Given your logic, a feed store wouldnt be able to give rabes shots. A paramedic wouldnt be able to put in a IV. There are many situations where a medical liscence is not required. Perhaps you are just misinformed and need to do more research in the matter.
A Nurse or a Doctors Assistant can give meds without the doctor being present or even giving clear instructions. This is also common as doctors tend to be incredibly busy in general. The patients record would be the first step to determining if any extra meds are needed. In this world of almost instant comunication, you can not sit there and say that no doctor gave the information. All you can say is that you didnt see a doctor give permission. Not that the permission wasnt recieved.
