Arjay's Window Fashions MR.B's Blinds, John Edwards, STOLE MY MONEY! NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT! PLEASE HELP! Ventura, Los Angeles, California
Hello everyone, Please help me and my wife against these crooks! I have purchased many products while upgrading my home and did not think that the window treatments would be such a NIGHTMARE! We order basic blinds and some wood shutters! I called this "store" and they answered the call as MR. B BLINDS and then showed up to my home as Arjays window fashions? A little suspicious looking back on it but my wife was insistent on going through with the appointment! WELL NOW THAT IM OUT $6000 I wish i would of listened to my gut. I ordered the product with a promised delivery time and have and am now 11 weeks past that promised time, with no help from the company! And I cant even find an answer from anyone regarding what is going on! However Ive been told that the owner of the company John Edwards has been doing this kind of business ethics for years now! BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH ARJAYS WINDOW FASHIONS OR MR.B BLINDS JUST LIKE I DID!!!

If you hold a triple A (AAA) rating with the BBB, why when I search your name on www.bbb.org does it state that "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED"? This means you are not a member of the BBB and would make your comments and claiming of being triple A rated false.

My husband and I purchased our shutters and blinds from Arjays and we could not be happier. We had NO problems whatsoever and the experience was nothing but positive. John came to our home and assisted in picking out what word work best for our home and our budget. They showed up on the scheduled day to install them, and showed up on time, completed the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job.
Therefore I totally disagree with this review, it is far fetched and seems highly unlikely that this person actually placed an order. It appears to be more like a person trying to just make someone else look bad.

To the Public:
I invite any of you to now view the Better Business Bureau claim made by ARJAY'S WINDOW FASHIONS and it's President known as JOHN EDWARD'S "kinda ironic".
I went to the better business bureau to identify if this claim of (AAA) was accurate and they told me clearly that you must be in business 20 years to achieve this, John Edwards yet again has lied. Please email me ASAP public and let me show you John Edwards records of being fired as a sales manager of a large west coast manufacturer. This man's BIO on his own website claims he was the PRESIDENT of a large west coast manufacturer and this is a FLAT OUT LIE. This man had a company in Arizona called
SUNTROL and it was forced to close while JOHN EDWARD'S was at the head of it.
BUYERS BEWARE: This man is as it seems, a LIAR. Don't be fooled, Don't get TOASTED by more lies. Also John Edward's has made it a point to bad mouth his competition and now we the people will not stand for it anymore.

I was recently made aware of this posting be a fellow window covering contractor who was the recipient of a similar post [i.e. same day, same time, same erroneous information]. This post from a fictitous consumer is not only slanderous in its intent; it is completely false and did not originate from a consumer at all. Ironically, the post was written by an unlicensed window covering retailer who is well known for doing exactly what they are accusing my company of doing. I would invite any and all interested individuals or agencies to contact me directly and I will identify the origin of this post, as well as share various public documents that clearly characterize the company who is slandering Arjay's Window Fashions, Mr B's Shutters & Blinds and me personally. My company is a Small Business of The Year Award recipient, maintains a triple A (AAA) Better Business Bureau rating and our record speaks for itself. I will also provide the contact information for consumers and other business' that will both confirm our claim and offer testimony to our good name. Once again, the information in the slanderous post against my company is utterly false and has absolutly no basis in fact.
