No Product,No refund, Never answer their phone, Only answered 1 email, 3/14/09, and still waiting for product or refund. Filled with RI, Department of AG, Consummer Protection Unit on 4/20/09, still waiting for their help. I ordered 100 DVDs om 3/14/09, paid in full, have used them before, and only took like 8 days after order to recieve, but this time after 10 days I tried to call, and message box full,
so I emailed, and got reply next day,3/25/09, said post Office slow, and will get items soon. So 30 days go by, and still nothing, send another email, no response, on any email after, I gave up trying to call them, no answer, allways to message box, that was full each time. I dont make alot of money, and was counting on the product for I had customers wanting the items. I am out over $500 retail, and of corse the physical money paid to ARL.
