Arlington Family Dental aka Brenda Roman DDS ripoff, deceptive Upper Arlington Ohio
I really did not like Arlington Family Dental nor Brenda Roman. The practice did not suit my needs nor my budget. I am a no nonsense girl. Architecturally correct decor with the latest edition of Ms. monopolizing the magazine rack does not impress me in the least. Neither does “fake” smiles and “friendliness.” Too much is too much. So let’s talk dollars and cents. Brenda Roman pulls no punches. In the first six months she works diligently at extinguishing the dental insurance benefit for the year which is bacially $1500s for most companies. On top of that Brenda expects anywhere from $500. to $1500 more out of pocket – depending on what she thinks she can take you for. If you really want to know what Brenda Roman is all about say no to her recommendations & do not be intimidated after she drags in the dental hygienist and very manly looking office manager to back her up. Hold your ground & make it clear you are getting a second opinion. Then do it. Afterward chances are you won’t go back to Arlington dental.
