Purchsed 3 hand made persian rugs on line. The rugs were advertised 329 knots per square inch. On arrival I am measuring 200 knots per squre inch ( sustantial inferior quality). I returned the rugs, they will not take resposibility to pay return shipping charges and also deducted close to 100 dollars from the original payment for shipping So lost close to 200 dollars on this deal. BUYER BE AWARE you will not receive the quality as advertised! I have called them and they said "we can not measure the KPSI exactely! B.S! By turning the rug uside down a 5 years old baby can measure the KPSI! These people are trying make profit in a dishonest way!
