Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I placed an order through this company's website on June 29-30th, 2010 because they had a BDU jacket at a price that I thought was a good deal along with free shipping. I was completely wrong. I waited over a week for any notification of the order being shipped (there was none) before I contacted their costumer support asking why. I was told that the jacket wasn't in stock and wouldn't be until the end of the week, then it would be shipped.

When I e-mailed them back I told them to please cancel my order and to refund my money. I waited a day and I didn't get a response. So, I e-mailed them again and told them again to please cancel the order, and that if they didn't I would be forced to file a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded. They ignored my pleas and shipped my order as of June 08, 2010, which I doubt really was.

They must not have liked that I told them I would report them to my bank because my IP address was banned from accessing their website. Not that I give a d**n because I will never order from this company again. I don't care for their practices by giving me the run around and taking my money. I recommend anyone thinking about buying from them to think again and to avoid them.

Addendum: As of June 12, 2010, the jacket actually did ship and arrive. It is not what is advertised and pictured on the website. It is not an original, government issue (?), Propper brand BDU jacket. As I had figured, it is a Chinese made knock-off. The tag on it even states "Made In China", along with another that says "Genuine Gear". Most likely it will not hold up over time.

If you are looking to purchase authentic Army, Navy, etc. gear, this is not the company to buy it from.
