Arrow Glass Industries Arrow Glass, Luxury Baths by Arrow Glass Poorly cut custom mirrors, refused to refund my payment - terrible customer service Houston Texas
Arrow Glass has terrible customer service and cannot cut custom mirrors. They made 4 attempts to cut 2 mirrors for my home and each time there were major issues with the mirrors not fitting and looking terrible. Even the installers noted how bad the fit and cut looked. I was promised installation of the mirrors in 4 days of receiving payment and 60 days later they are refusing to help me or refund my money. The operations manager is rude and has no customer service skills. They required full payment in advance and have extremely poor quality product. Do not use this company if you need custom glass cut. They do not have the skill level to handle such a job.
