Arrow Wrecker Service This company was dispatched to pick up my vehicle after a wreck and scratched ($3,500 worth) the whole opposite side of the car. Wichita Kansas
I was involved in a two vehicle accident in October of last year. My car was rendered inoperable. Arrow Wrecker Service was dispatched to the scene of the accident by the police to tow my car to the location we requested. My husband came BEFORE the car was towed and photographed the aftermath of the accident.
The following morning my husband and I arrived at Donovan Cadillac where we had the vehicle towed and we noticed that the opposite side of the car was scratched significantly. The car was in pristene condition before the accident.
We called Arrow Wrecker Service and left several messages about the car being damaged while in their care and custody. When we finally got ahold of someone, he said that the driver said "those scratches were already there". $3,500.00 worth of damage!!!! They are total liars and we have told everyone we come in contact with that they are a terrible company that does not own up to their mistakes and responsibilities!!!
Please help us to get word out about this shady, reprehensible company.
