This company states that they operate on the weekends and 24 hours for emergencies. When I called this office, the office phone is forwarded to a cell phone and nobody ever returns my calls. I was in so much pain. Finally, in the next 48hrs or so, a gentlemen calls me and notifys me that the office is only open 3 days a week. What kind of dentist office is open 3 days a week??? I finally made an appointment for tuesday afternoon and when I came into the office, there was NO financing available, although it states that they do offer it. The dentist is of russian descent, his english is ok, but at times very difficult to understand. I had to use another dentist to fix the damages that Dr. Kholchanskiy did to me. I wouldn't refer this dentist to anyone. Please beware.

Willfull malice from a competitor?

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, May 26, 2011

It is so convenient for us that he contradicted himself in his own statements. It is apparent this report is nothing more than willful malice. He didnt even provide his full name because it would expose him to a libel lawsuit.

Falacy #1: He stated that we advertise that we are open on the weekends and 24 hours.

Nowhere is it advertised that we are open 24 hours. It is clearly specified that we are by appointment only. Emergency service rates are posted. He was obviously quoted that rate and did not agree to it, and instead scheduled an appointment (he stated Tuesday)

Falacy #2: His phone call was not returned for 48 hours.

The worst case scenario might have been 2 hours.  If he had said one and a half hours, it would have been believable.

Falacy #3: The office didnt offer financing

Every patient is offered a payment plan through CareCredit. Maybe he expected a payment plan where no credit history is required.

Falacy #4: He misspelled Dr. Kolchanskys last name.

We are not sure where he got that spelling, but it is incorrect.

Falacy: #5 Dr. Kolchansky did damages

So which is the truth here? How could Dr. Kolchansky have damaged him since he states the office didnt provide financing and therefore he did not receive treatment?

Falacy #6: He lied about his name.

Checking the patient records, out of the 7 Davids we have, none are unsatisfied. All have come back and purchased other treatment.

We urge ripoffreport.com to remove this malicious and obviously false report.
