Please avoid him and his business at all cost. Artemio is a boss guy with his couple more guys named Francisco and one more amateur guy. They took our money and never came back to finish building our wall. They did half of the job and disappeared with our money. Artemio even refused to answer our calls and blocked our numbers. He has no license. I am so glad I found him online to leave a review so I can save a lot of of people from being robbed. Please BE AWARE..!!
