Arvind Sarin and coppermobile are worse than as scam. See what they do with customers is try to get as much money out of them as possible , never deliver on anything and then when the customer wants to see their project arvind makes his employees as for more money . It is my assumption that Arvind takes all the money sent to copper mobile and keeps it himself , he primarily lives in india but has some residence in california and texas .
I know for a fact that one of his employees in india told me he pays no one more than $1.50 per hour ..
I know he has at least 4 companies wanting to sue him for not delivering what he has promised ..
I know he owes many many ex employees money
I know that he owes many many other companies lots of money .
If you dig deeper you will see this man is about as shady a business person as there is .
NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM or Coppermobile

I have personal experience with Coppermobile, and the company operates exactly as the author indicates. Steer clear of this company. Your app, SEO, everything will be outsourced to India and the communications and deadlines are of no importance to the company.
I note several oddities about the "author's" retraction that lead me to believe it is not authentic:
1. The author's name is different: Look at the name of the original complaint, and compare it to the rebuttal. Close, but not the same name.
2. The syntax and grammar of the author of the complaint and the author of the retraction differ. This indicates someone other than the original author wrote the retraction.
3. Note that it's titled a "rebuttal" instead of an author followup. The original author would be able to add his own commentary to his own complaint. To participate in the posting, the rest of us must post comments as rebuttals.
3. Nothing noted in the original complaint is without merit. No attorney would tell a client that they should post a retraction that tells consumers how wrong they were and then go as far as mentioning how much they've really admired the staff. If the retraction is written by Coppermobile or its representatives, the mention of an attorney implies culpability and/or a notice to other complainants that we must give Coppermobile chance after chance after chance before they can be sued. That's why a contract is signed: ONE PROJECT. ONE DEADLINE. ONE FEE..
4. The retraction is a blatant turn-around and so grossly overstates the author's sudden admiration of Coppermobile and its staff that the "retraction" further supports my opinion that it is not written by the author.
5. Coppermobile does not suddenly perform and deliver its contractual obligations. The dateline of this complaint indicates Coppermobile somehow erased a lot of client anger between that Monday and Wednesday that they hadn't been able to erase before:

The earlier post, we previously wrote about Arvind Sarin CEO of Coppermobile was without merit. It was truly written out of pure frustration and anger. Coppermobile, is a very dedicated Dallas TX company, its members are some of the most business minded, and professional as well as hard working individuals you will have the opportunity of meeting in the business. When we showed the post written to our attorneys they asked us one question that completely and utterly floored us. They asked us Are you sure you guys have done everything to resolve your differences with Coppermobile? After a brief pause to reflect on what we had just been asked, we realized that we did not give Arvind Sarin CEO of Coppermobile the benefit of the doubt.
We had judged him and his company without exhausting all possibilities. That decidedly concluded, we reached out one more time to Arvind Sarin and Coppermobile. The result that we received was satisfactory and our differences and miscommunications have been resolved that now we feel as though, we have not been fair to Coppermobile.
So we would like to say to everyone who is reading and prematurely judging Arvind and Coppermobile based on what we have said out of pure frustration. Please do your homework! Do not take our word for it. We would definitely use Arvind and his company again in the foreseeable future for our next project without a doubt.
We are also, very satisfied with our business relationship as it stands today. I recommend using them to my other colleagues and applications developers out there. They can and will come through for your business, do NOT judge Arvind or Coppermobile from the frustrated words of a stressed out post on this site. It just would not be fair to them or your business.
Because you could end up missing out on meeting some really great people and building the application of your dreams. Best wishes to your success!
