The attorney general of Texas filed suit against Asap motors for defrauding individuals just like they seem to be doing to you. They are very familliar with this agency, and would love to hear from you, Asap lost the suit and with a substantial fine they had to pay, are supposed to clean up their act. Doing this will get you on track for getting reimbursement.

Sir, I have looked up your order and find absolutley no notes on your account at all about the motor you purchased being returned. Also I might add no one here would have told you we charged a 30% restocking fee it has always been 20% and only if the unit we sent was correct and good. If you have your invoice it is stated in writting to you. I dont know why you have chose not to contact the GM of this company as I am sure they would have assisted you if what you state is true and you have returned the motor you received. As anyone would I would sugest you contact the managers of this company if you have in fact returned your merchandise within the 90days, I have been here for 10 years and have never received a call from you in regards to any refund all though I find it difficult to belive that anyone truely due a refund would not call over and over and over again.
