Hey thought I'd post an update here. I FINALLY got a full reversal of charges on my credit card. (The one reason credit cards are worth having.) It only took them a month but hey. THEY took care of it. I even got the shipping back! I sure wasn't going to get a penny from Dina over there. No way! Now... I have been told this company may try to put the charge back on. To prevent that, I canceled that card and had them issue me a new number. HA! Let them TRY and charge me again!!!! I still plan to file in small claims over the mechanics bill and storage fees because they left their part sit here for a month. But... I need my car first. Found a part locally so it will be soon. If you have the email for the TX attorney generals office, PLEASE post that here. I didn't know I could file via email. It's not in any of the paperwork I have. I sure will do both!!!!! I was kinda waiting for the credit card to reverse charges. It's evidance ya know! THEY found in favor of me. I'm sure this will help.

JENNY, Its Aaron again. One of the best ways to get TX STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL, GREG ABBOTT, to take action against ASAP MOTORS, as well as attracting attention from other lawyers who may be interested in representing the victims of ASAP, IS CONTACTING, AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL, send him any and all evidence by email and by regular mail BOTH, and be relentless in calling back and emailing for updates on the progress of your complaint. Do this each and every week Jenny, One day a phone call or calls untill you get an answer to your question, and one day each week to email for your update, so theres two trails of each and every request. Belive me, when the STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL STARTS GETTING ENOUGH OF THESE COMPLAINTS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, ON A DAILY BASIS, HE WONT HAVE ANY CHOICE BUT TO TAKE SOME FORM OF ACTION AGAINST ASAP, if not out of moral obligation, and as a duty to the rest of us, but if nothing else, just to get rid, of us. ALSO MAKE SURE TO CONTACT AND FILE REPORTS, AND SEND ANY AND ALL EVIDENCE AS WELL, TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION, AND THE fbaa.us THESE TWO AGENCIES CAN YANK THEIR WEB SITE JENNY. WE ALL NEED TO BE DOING THIS, IS EVRYONE READDING THIS??? YOU LAWYERS TOO,,, ASAP IS AN OPEN AND SHUT CASE, DO A LITTLE INVESTIGATING. HELP US, ILL GIVE THE 2,000 ASAP OWES ME TO THE LAWYER THAT GETS IT BACK HOPE THIS INFO HELPS YOU JENNY, AARON MAHOMET. IL.

Yes I agree with Aaron. Just to add here, the owner or "agent" has a second address according to the TX attorney Generals office. is 9910 Joni Way Richmond TX 77469 Now exactly what to do seems more complicated than I imagined. Filing in small claims I've been told may not do any good. Oh I'd get a judgement. They "Try to enforce it." This is what the small claims clerk told me. Hard to get someone out of state and TX is even more difficult. Seems you can evade legal action by moving to TX. This company knows all this. The smug answer I got when I threatened legal action makes sence now. It's like, yea, go ahead. Take a number. Nothing will happen! Small claims tells me I have six years to file. There is time. I still have more research to do. I am not sure if I file in small claims if I would still be able to take part in a class action. Or how to get a class action started. I'd rather see this company ordered to pay EVERYONE they scammed. Too bad the TX attorney Generals office doesn't seem to care. Any lawyers reading this????

Jenny, My name is Aaron, I too was ripped off by these imoral unethical band of gangsters and thieves and they got me for over 2,000, but there are ways to deal with people and companies like this, if you will only take the time to, and not just accept being ripped off, like so mony other people do, and thats whay these companies get away with this sort of thing, because not ENOUGH people complain. 1st you need to file a report with the B.B.B 2nd CONTACT AND file a complaint with the Attorney General of Houston Texas. 3rd you also need to file a report with the federal trade commision in Also file reports with any other consumer reporting agency you come across, all it take is ENOUGH OF US to complain about ASAP, and for ENOUGH OF US to keep calling back for updates on all this, and there will be a class action law suite Jenny, and we can all get our money, and then some back, but we all need to come together for this to happen, if anyone else is reading this, come on people, ASAP has been screwing oever and ripping off people for over thre years now, we need to put an end to it, and its going to take us to get it started. OH if anyone needs THE ADDRESS OF Brian McCutcheon, his last known address was, 9950 Wilcrest Drive, Houston TX, 77099 GOOD LUCK JENNY, AARON FROM MAHOMET ILLINOIS.
