Ascon trade received a customer deposit for a commodity trade three years ago. They were unable to deliver and were forced to return the deposit. However they misappropriated USD 40,000 of the funds to pay their tax liabiliteis. To this date they have never returned the funds to the customer despite repeated requests. Do not trust them. They are fundamentally untrustworthy.

Toby, clearly, you have no clue. If you have factual evidence that the claim is false please present it. Otherwise please do not make claims you have no clue about. Ascon has stolen client funds. They have refused to correct the situation for several years. They are crooked and untrustworthy. Nobody should trust them with one red cent. They are dishonest.

The incognito COWARD who wrote these slanderous & malicious statements about Ascon is a fraud and well-known extortionist con artist. He has been known to make false accusations about companies and then demands payment. Notice he hides his identity. We are working on finding this criminal and when we do he WILL go to jail. Ascon is a very respected company and should not be libeled like this.

It seems like Ascon has a short memory or suffers Amnesia. They traded Manganese with Ugu in Indonesia via John Lee. Then they contracted with David Pasa in Zambia, when David was unable to deliver the goods, the client kindly accepted cancellation. At which popint to his credit David Pasa returned the money. The same cannot be said about the Managment of Ascon. Glad to go to court to prove the facts. email and documents available as needed.

Ascon is a renown, international Crude Oil and Oil Product trader since 1985 with major counter-parties such us state-owned oil companies, producers or refineries. Ascon does not trade Manganese. Neither does Ascon trade on a pre-finance basis but only on a letter of credit basis with reputable 1st Class international banks.
Whoever has posted the earlier fraudulent, anonymous post is acting illegally and without profound knowledge of Ascon's business ethnics and politics and without legal or moral justification and only has the intention to cause harm.
Ascon will take legal steps against the author of the earlier unprovoked accusation.
It is Ascon's belief that the sender of the earlier claim is the following person who has already been reported by other users: Mrs. Marry Higgins of www.improveyourimage.org that is inventing false and negative reports about companies in order to later offer them her costly services to repair those reports.
