Again, a consumer complaint without the full name. It is impossible to respond to "Daz's" complaint without knowing his/her full name. I can tell you that Knuckle Up hires ASF International to process their payments and facilitate their cancellations as they would apply to the terms and conditions of their contract. I am sure ASF International was simply following the guidelines available. If "Daz" was given an incorrect number initially, I certainly apologize for that, however, that is beyond our control. We have one customer service number - 800-525-8967. That has been the only number we have had for the last 20 years.
