Went to this place for dinner and to the bar for the night with a bunch of my buddies. We got there with having a reservation and made us wait a hour just to get our table. Next we sit down and the waiter comes to us and asks us if we would like Pellegrino. We opted for a bottle because we wanted to not drink the local tab water. Next the waiter asks what we would like to drink. We get a round of captains and coke. Next we decide to order an appetizer. I mean these apps are crazy expensive. The most expensive was a 40 dollar seafood sampler. Ridiculous. This is more expensive than a normal meal.. And then get this, the waiter says that we should order extra seafood because it wont be enough. I was with five people. HAHA. We decide on not ordering an appetizer and just went ahead and order our entree. We all wanted a porterhouse, and then the waiter decides to come back and tell us that they do not have this. So we went and ordered some fillet mignon. I then go into the cigar shop and wanted some premium cigars. The dumb girl working in there did not know a thing about cigars. She was totally clueless and looked as if I had two heads. So i decided on not getting anything. I get back to the table and the waiter comes back and asks us if we would like wine with dinner. We tell him that we wanted a red wine. He helped us pick out a bottle. He then goes and gets it. He comes back and tell us that he does not have the bottle that he suggested but then offers a different one. We then get our meal and the sides we ordered. The food was alright. But at 8 the dj starts blasting club music while everyone is eating dinner. I mean we are paying a lot for our food and now I have to hear some crappy music playing. That is not right. After dinner the waiter hands us a dessert menu that looks like a 5 year old made in preschool. haha. We decide on not ordering dessert. Espressos are 8 dollars a piece. Crazy!!! We get the check and it says that the bottle of Pelligrino was 8 bucks. I mean thats crazy. You can get a bottle in the store for 4 bucks. All in all this place would be rated a 4 out of 10. The waiter was very rude and did not like him. After that we went and stayed around for a few drinks. We go up into the VIP room which cost us 5 dollars extra. Anywhere else in Red Bank (Red) you do not have to pay to get into the VIP. We get up there and the VIP looks hideous. Its very small. The flooring is pink granite (UGLY) and the walls are mirrored( WHAT ARE WE STUCK BACK IN THE 80s?) The couches are made of cow fur(AGAIN STUCK BACK IN THE 80'S?), the drink were very expensive and had to wait a long time. This place sucks so much that it puts red bank to shame. This place must go. IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I rather go to a nice place in the city, spend the same amount of money, an get better quality food and service.

You thought "an appetizer" (according to your own posting, thats what you said, "an appetizer" -singluar) would suffice for FIVE people? HAHAHAHAHAHAH! Of course the waiter told you it wasn't enough! And that made him a jerk and rude, right? And did you stiff him for that? Go back and read your complaint as posted here. You whined about EVERYTHING! If you disagreed with the prices and decor, your party could have left. Nobody forced you to stay and pay for anything! There is a Red Lobster 5.3 miles away in Oakhurst. HAHAHAHAHA!
