Complaint Review: Ashland Elks 944 - Ashland Oregon

 While I can understand the frustration that you may be feeling as I also have been attempting to put to rest the issues between Victoria Lane and Fred Hatfield, I do not agree with your perception of a cover up which you assert, otherwise Fred Hatfield would not have made his comments so publicly at the Board meetings. No doubt you know that the GL Judiciary had remanded 3 of the 7 dismissed charges from the Subordinate level to be re-tried. There is a purpose to the rules and procedures of the Courts of the Order and the guilt or innocence of the only 3 charges against Fred Hatfield is the decision of the Justice and the Subordinate Forum alone.

After reviewing your comments, the following are my recommendations that pertain to you: (1) It appears that you want to be a witness for the prosecution of Fred Hatfield in the complaint filed by Victoria Lane. If so, you should prepare a summary of your testimony and send it to the Esteemed Loyal Knight, Linda Benegas who will be the prosecutor. You do not have the authority nor obligation to investigate your other fellow officers or Lodge members or the complaint filed by Victoria Lane against Fred Hatfield. (2) In regards to your concern about the recording which you are concerned about: the right of discovery (and rights to challenge) is subject only by procedure at the order of the Justice during the trial. (3) I had asked members during a meeting at your Lodge on June 4th to file their counter against Victoria Lane's complaints in writing. (4) The report of Victoria's allegations that other Elk members were sexually harassed by employee Jim Potter had been investigated and the allegations against Jim Potter was unfounded when the purported victims indicated that they had not been harassed.

It is my understanding that the Sexual Harassment Committee returned the complaint to the Board to look into Victoria's allegations: sexual harassment case is not one of the 3 charges remanded by GL Judiciary and you are not authorized to, nor are you protecting the Lodge by continuing an investigation. ( 5) You also inferred that your fellow Elks have violated Rules of our Order and that you had been subjected to retaliation. These are serious allegations indeed and it is important that you make clear specificallv what acts or conducts that your fellow Elks had done. Allegations need to be specific as all members are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. The accused need not prove their innocence.  It is my duty to inform Gary Johnston that the Board of Governors of the Ashland Elks Lodge #944 has scheduled a meeting to address charges against you in “Conduct Unbecoming of an Elk” on the Lodge premises. Listed below are examples of a pattern of behavior of losing your temper and verbally abusing and physically intimidating members and officers in the Ashland Elks Lodge. Including but not limited to: Verbally attacking an officer for hanging Elkette’s pictures during a Board of Director’s meeting, held when Aaren Glover was Exalted Ruler. Inciting a physical confrontation with member in Elks second floor dining room. (In the member’s face waving finger stating over and over “you’re aggressive, you’re aggressive") Inappropriate comments to ritual team member during ritual practice and walked out of practice in 2014. ("You’re a f...ing moron") Confrontation with an officer in the bulletin office, volunteers present. (Admitting "I got in his face") Publicly loosing temper and cursing in the lounge after menu meeting on December 9, 2014. Attacking officers for their votes during a Board of Governor’s meeting. “By the way, I gave you s*** about your vote because you told me you supported me. If I didn't think I had the votes I would not have even gone there. Why would I waste my time? I also gave marianne linda s*** they told me they supported me. You guys sway with whatever Boss Hogg and the hammer want. The Board would like for you to attend the meeting to discuss these charges, and to determine if consequences are deemed necessary.  Michael Golden's violance behavior of physical force assaulted Victoria Lane's husband at the Ashland Elks Lodge #944 on the mezzanine level during an events meeting because Micheal Golden got upset hearing what Victoria Lane was talking about the issues of events and lack of security at the Ashland Elks Lodge #944. The formal written complaint about Micheal Golden's physical attack was filed in the Elks office and handled by Fred Hatfield. The complaint was not told to the members of Ashland Elks Lodge #944. Michael Golden and Fred Hatfield retaliated against Victoria Lane with sexual harassment and Mary Danca, Michael Golden's spouse, started stalking and harrassing Victoria Lane because of the complaint filed by Victoria Lane's husband. Fred Hatfield planned and ordered the Sexual Harrassment of Victoria Lane as retaliation for the complaint filed by Victoria Lane's husband in the Ashland Elks Office for being attacked by Michael Golden. Mary McClary harassment of both Victoria Lane and her husband was ordered by Fred Hatfield and planned to get rid of both Victoria Lane and her husband was put in writing by Mary McClary and sent to all officers at Ashland Elks Lodge #944. Oregon State Elks Association officers and Elks Grand lodge officers were informed Fred Hatfield, Mary McClary, and Michael Golden wanted to get rid of Victoria Lane and her husband after Michael Golden attacked Victoria Lane's husband but Elks Grand Lodge did nothing after the physical attack at the Ashland Elks Lodge #944.

Ashland Elks, Fred Hatfield, and the cook he hired joke all the time this is not Sexual Harassment to us if we try to kiss Victoria Lane in the kitchen or bar or other women because everyone who witnessed it would say it never happened. Those who witnessed it we drive away with gang stalking, bullying, make them leave the Elks, and move away by gang stalking them at work, in stores, and in the community.

 I am mailing these letters to Gary Johnston PER and Victoria Lane tomorrow. The meeting to investigate these charges will be held as two separate meetings. Gary's will be at 6pm and Victoria at approx. 6:45pm on Thursday the March 26th. The meeting will be a closed session, and also will include witnesses. If and when we take a form of action or vote, we will end the closed session and move to an open session for any Board action. I am going to focus on moving forward and not get caught up in the events that are being generated by Victoria Lane. Just handle one thing at a time. Oregon State Elks Association had its the voting process corrupted by the actions and defamation of Elks members by Fred Hatfield, Oregon State Ritual Chairman, Mary McClary, and Michael Golden of Ashland Elks by lying to the Oregon State President that members on the voting ballot had a disability. This caused Oregon State President to cancel the voting for those Oregon State officers.

Fred Hatfield will say anything to control Elks elections, hurt Elks members, hurt Elks employees, and hurt Elks volunteers at the Oregon State Elks Association, Elks Grand Lodge, and at Ashland Elks.

Will the Elks ever deal with this level of corruption at Elks Grand Lodge, Oregon State Elks Association, and Ashland Elks that is causing the Elks to lose members at a high rate because of allowing the corruption of the Elks to continue and allow corrupt Elks officers to hurt Elks members causing them to leave the Elks forever? 

Past elks members tell their friends that the Elks are a ripoff corrupt organization that bully members.

Ashland Elks members are verbally attacked in person at the lodge, in the community at stores, and by email, mail, and phone attacks all throughout the day feel extreme sadness, anxiety, and anger from the intentionally planned pattern of conduct of attacks by these officers in power at the Ashland Elks. Ashland Elks members that are attacked feel severe emotional distress that makes them physically sick.

Ashland Elk Members are suffering severe emotional distresses that have physical manifestations of the distress from the planned attacks over the period of years by Ashland Elks officers in power. Elks Grand Lodge refuses to do anything about the planned pattern of attacks on Ashland Elks members. Most Ashland Elks members are older about the age of 63 years old or senior citizen and disabled members are being verbally attacked by officers in power at the Ashland Elks

A woman has sued the Ashland Elks Lodge for $375,000, saying officials dismissed her concerns for years and then retaliated when she reported the lodge's cook was repeatedly sexually harassing her.

 Mary Danca, MFT would make up psychological diagnosis of Elks Officers to have them removed from Elks Office by reporting the diagnosis making it sound official by Mary Danca, MGT saying THIS IS MY PROFESSION PSYCHOLOGICAL Opinion to Elks Grand Lodge Officers and Oregon State Elks Association Officers who would then question the Elks Officer saying, I hear you are not well? Do you have this psychological diagnosis? The Elks officer would answer no to both questions. But, these Elks officers were removed by these Elks Grand Lodge Officers and Oregon State Elks Association Officers and never became Elks Officers again or quit the Elks after this attack by Mary Danca, MFT. Mary Danca MFT was not these Elks doctor who were being removed and replaced. I witnessed this happen at the Ashland Elks Lodge #944 and Oregon State Elks Association Summer Convention. I witnessed by hearing leaders of Elks Grand Lodge and Oregon State Elks Association being told by Mary Danca, MFT and Elks officers being told about their made up mental health diagnosis then these Elks Officers would removed from the Elks Office because of Mary Danca MFT doing this to these Elks Officers.

 I saw the bartender and Kenny leaving in a cab at Ashland Elks alley after midnight on Tuesday and Thursday night. They were so drunk the bartender and Kenny could barely walk to the cab. The next day the bartender could not stand upright and had to lay down on the bar couch clearly still drunk from the night before. Did the bartender and Kenny ripoff Ashland Elks by not paying for bar drinks after 8pm closing on Tuesday and Thursday nights? Are bartender and Kenny drinking all night calling the drinks shift drinks to ripoff the Ashland Elks . Elks management do not care if they make money at the bar or let the bartender and Kenny drink for free all nght.but i know Elks members care about a ripoff.

 In the Ashland Elks Lodge room, kitchen, dining room, and bar Fred Hatfield continues saying Victoria Lane has a mental illness narcissistic personality disorder. This is first made up and said by Mary Danca, MFT that Victoria Lane has narcissistic personality disorder in my professional psychological opinion. The narcissistic personality disorder was made up by Mary Danca, MFT then repeated often by Fred Hatfield as harassment of Victoria Lane and retaliation to get rid of Victoria Lane permanently by ordering all Ashland Elks Officers to harass Victoria Lane by repeating that Victoria Lane has a mental illness narcissistic personality disorder. I witnessed this for years at the Ashland Elks Lodge #944.

 I will continue to use the parking lot to go to work all I want but I will not enter the Ashland Elks Lodge #944 or pay for any food or pay for any bar service because management thinks that it is fine to fight with members. There are lots of Ashland restaurants and bars with better food than the Elks. I am totally unhappy with all the toxic bar fighting with members yelling at each other while elks management thinks this is fine. I am going to spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

The Ashland Elks Lodge 944 and Fred Hatfield current Chairman of the Ashland Oregon Elks Lodge 944 and Trustee for ten years served with the lawsuit filed against them on Feburary 2, 2016. 

Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden conducted and recorded an illegal meeting outside the Elks lodge without permission of the Exalted Ruler and Grand Lodge at the home of Kay England and Mike Coomler. 

Michael Golden talked about how much he hated them and wanted them removed from our lodge. 

Fred Hatfield built a false case using his Elks power against these Elks he hated. Fred Hatfield used this illegal meeting as power to get statements from June Cummings against these Elks that Fred Hatfield hated and wanted removed from our lodge. 

Bill Kellogg attended this illegal meeting held at the home of Kay England and Mike Coomler saying it will be hard to get rid of these Elks you hate Fred Hatfield but it can be done by the Elks power of Grand Lodge. 

Kay England and Mike Coomler attended this illegal meeting conducted by Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden. Kay England and Mike Coomler both saying these Elks needed to be removed from our lodge because they a cancer. 

Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden used their Elks power to played the recorded illegal meeting for all the officers of our lodge and never filed the minutes of this illegal meeting with the Elks office. 

All of these Elks Officers abused their Elks power and should be removed from office. These Elks officers should be banned from using Elks power because of this illegal meeting of hate against other Elks.

Elks keep quitting our lodge because of the Elks power of hate by officers in our Elks lodge.

Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden do not care who is being hurt as they work together to disrespect women and promoted the girly burlesque show at the Ashland Elks 944 Lodge. The Girly show of immodest and immoral characters defined in the Elks Grand Lodge statues. 

I voiced my concerns then and was rebuffed by them and two more girly shows were produced by Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden.  These girly shows were promoted on the internet, advertising the Ashland Elks as sponsors with personal phone numbers of Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden advertised as ticket contacts. Tickets were sold to nonmember’s audience with Ashland Elks as sponsors of the girly burlesque show. 

Oregon State Elks Sponsor Jim Damon and Elks Grand Lodge in Chicago I contacted did not care about the bullying and harassment of women with the girly burlesque shows promoted and attended by Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden and that was open to the public.  

During my time as an Elks member, I witnessed many violations of laws, statues, OLCC laws, bullying, harassment of members by Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden together as bullies of women and members they hate to drive away members. The members never come back and lose the money they paid for membership of Ashland Elks 944 because Fred Hatfield and Michael Golden with the officers click they control make it a hostile environment for volunteers and members.

Fred Hatfield controls everything at Ashland Elks if you are being verbally attacked Fred Hatfield ordered it then one by one all the officers and members join in the harassment of someone the group picks out including Mary McClary Exalted Ruler will verbally attack a member or send them an email with F-Bombs they do not like who is volenteering at the Ashland Elks to drive them away.

All members pay about one hundred dollars a year for membership every April 1. Elks are nice when you are joining and paying your money then the attackes happen as you are volenteering, eating at the lodge, and drinking in the bar. The harassment group gather in the bar to attack members they do not like. Elks Grand Lodge knows about all the harrassment click of officers and everyone involved but Grand Lodge are doing nothing to stop it because they have your money already. Beware of friendly Ashland Elk Officers as they will turn on you then harass you in groups to stop your right to have an opinion or volunteer. Remember this is their poker club they are trying to protect. This is not a friendly place Beware of attacking Elk Officers.

The fraudulent conduct of Chairman Fred Hatfield and Exalted Ruler Mary McClary caused a County Senior nonprofit to not receive their money from the Ashland Elks after a Raffle Dinner Fundraiser. All food and raffle prizes were donated to the County Senior nonprofit from their donors.

The prizes were awarded to the winners of the raffle after the raffle tickets were sold and the money collected by the Ashland Elks. Exalted Ruler Mary McClary sent many emails to the County Senior nonprofit promising to send the money and then started blaming Past Exalted Rulers and their family as reasons why the money was not going to the County Senior nonprofit.

Where is the money collected for County Senior nonprofit? Why did Ashland Elks ripoff the County Senior nonprofit? Will the Ashland Elks ripoff the IRS as a charitable organization for tax of unrelated business taxable income for the raffle, food, and drink sales for this event and other rental events. Are Ashland Elks cooking their books?

In the Ashland Elks bar around 6pm, Fred Hatfield was talking to other Elks members about Victoria Lane with everyone around in the bar.  Fred Hatfield said Victoria Lane has a mental illness "narcissistic personality disorder".  Fred Hatfield said "it would not be long until Victoria Lane is removed from the Elks by Executive Order of the Grand Exalted Ruler" for filing the lawsuit against him.

Fred Hatfield Chairman of Ashland Elks Board of Directors likes to verbally attack Elks members in the Ashland Elks bar where all elks members can hear the verbal attacks and tell them to go and verbally attack other Elks members.

I came to the bar to have a drink and eat dinner. I did not come to the bar to hear Fred Hatfield putting down other Ashland Elks members in the bar. The Ashland Elks bar are full of threats
