Ashley Furniture Gleen Goldberg Gregory Furniture Fraud ,deceptive ,lying, Ashley furniture passing polyurethan & leather as 100% leather Mount Holly New Jersey
Purchased 3 piece leather furniture sofa, love seat, & reclening chair Not even 3 month's old And my reclenier sank in on one side. They sent a repair man out 3 times . Better Business Bura to make Ashley give me a new chair .
Not long after that the arm of my leather was peeling ! Clled Ashley in Turnsville NJ The Manager there told me The stores are indivually owned The owner of Ashley in 2006 Has a store over in Mount Holly NJ I sent him a certefied letter stating .I was taking him to Small Clames Court. He sent a certefied letter .Telling me I had bought Leather Match 100% leather I looked for the do not remove tag's Just to see what the material was There were none I can't proove it . But I think they removed them there were no tag's .Than I remembered the new chair .Yep there was a tagg on the bottom. Stating contents as being 55% polyurethan & 45% leather .
I paid $2,579.00 for a piece of crap ! The cousins are sinking in You have to litterly fight to get out of the reclening chairs . And than shove it in with your foot . There is no one on the furniture but me & husband The owner is implying that we haden't cleaned propely or enough . I am a cleaning nut
So that is out I can't belive my new furniture looks like it's 10 years old
Husband & I are retired and husband is own disabilty . We don't have the fund's for another set But than why should we ?
