We have had a lot  of problems with are furniture since we got it it started less than 3 weeks after we had it. They came and fixed it and 2 weeks later it did it again and not only that piece but the one beside it now is gathering togethernow also. So now its two different pieces one fixing to get its third piece and the other getting its second.  And they just want to keep replacing it no matter if they have to do it once a month they said that they would just have to do that . How stupid is that ? All we want to do is reselect , we don't want as re money back  just something else.  Last time they we here they left a mess I picked up so many staples out of our carpet. So for us not wanting all that again just somthing else .  And the few we picked out were going to cost more than the one we have so I think how stupid they must be to not help us its really sad that people just don't care anymore about there customers. They need us our money and our recomdations . But Ashleys furniture will never get it from me I will make sure I tell people not to go there !!!!  They will screw u if anything goes wrong with your furniture.  I guess are next step is our lawyer csuse they shouldn't get away with this !!!!!!!

 First if all they are doing is fixing, then that means its out of the time frame in order to do a reselect or a return. If it is past their return window, you can beg scream and whine but it wont change the fact that they CAN NOT do it. YOU think its JUST a simple matter. Well it is not. The furniture has been damaged during YOUR possesion of it. They CAN NOT take it back if it is damaged. They can not even offer an exchange. Unless you purchased the warrenty you have ZERO recourse. And go right ahead and retain a lawyer. Once he takes his money, they will tell you that LEGALLY the furniture place can only do so much. Its NOT about them NOT wanting to help you. But helping YOU will cost them EVEN more money. THEY would have to eat the broken furniture AND the new furniture as well. NO BUSINESS IS GOING TO DO THAT!!

YOU say its bad furniture, THEY say customer missuse. As they already have the money and its past the time where they could LEGALLY do anything for you, your pretty much boned. YOUR demands are too much!!! YOU want 100% satisfaction and YOU want THEM to pay for it. They CANNOT take back the broken furniture, it was broken WHILE you used it. They CANNOT let you reselect, its past the return window. They CANNOT make you happy, you have unrealistic demands that no SANE company is EVER going to do. See the problem.

YOU call it stupid. YOU think they are mean and rude. YOU blast them because YOU feel you can get a better chance if YOU use the internet to attempt "Social Blackmail". YOU think that by posting you are going to get better results. Thats the last act of a desperate person. YOU have exhasted all your other options, so you try this. Well it wont work. In this case, you WILL have to deal with the consiquences of your actions.

They already have YOUR money and are under ZERO legal liability to return it. Next time....GET THE WARRENTY!!! Atleast then you will have a leg to stand on.
