BEWARE of this site and email ! They have a web store with womens clothing - I ordered a White Astrid Dress- and it was on sale for 100.00 . It was a gift for a Sweet 16 and I told her mother I found this dress for her .. we were so excited!! I started to get a sick feeling when I saw the bank transaction .Anyways, I got the tracking number and thought maybe I was over reacting ... NO!! They shipped from China and it took 10 days and when it arrived it was a used black polyester pleated skirt. When I contacted them this is she wrote. " Hello, I am so sorry for that.Our delivery department has investigated this issue and they told us that they did send you 100% right item. However, the express company made a mistake. They sent the other's order to you and sent your order to others. We are now finding a best way to solve this issue. Best regards, Yours sincerely [email protected]" Well this is a complete lie. I explained that what she gave as an excuse made no sense . If it was packaged and labeled correctly as you said then how did your express shippers send it to the wrong place? I then did a search for her email address and found it showed up on here . I asked her for a number to call and she will not answer . I know now my gut was right and I am so angry at myself . So I have lost 100.00 and now I have no promised dress for her sweet 16 .I have to change all my banking info and report it . This is disgusting!
