My Husband decided it was time to build our credit and came across Aspire-CB&t credit card. We paid our 40 dollars through paypal. At first their customer service was great making this deal with us and the 40 bucks they ate out of my pocket. Well we understood that as soon as the money went through we would have our card. We followed what they told us "AS soon as the 40 dollars is paid you will receive you card" Well we got NO CARD what we got was some HORRIBLE RUDE person telling us; YOU will wait 13 to 14 days.
Those days passed and on the 16 day we got it FINALLY. Well payment times comes we make payments and then MY husband lost his job. The only income we have is my SSI. We got the card 3 months ago and today ON 1/28/2004 we have been called about every half hour from these people from 9 am to the present time of 6 pm.
WHEN I tried to explain our sitution AGAIN for the 100 time ASPIRE CB&T proceeded to inform me they had every right to call me however many times they want. Its against the law to harress someone; which my phon company told us.
When I asked for the person's name they told me their name was not relevent to my problem. HE told me I had to pay now or else. I tried to let him know that our income tax is coming in 2 weeks and they will be paid(yes I told the other callers from ASPIRE the same thing!) THESE people will not stop harressing us. The managers who are SO CALLED trained to deal in customer service are as nice as hitler on a good day! I have never in my life been treated so badly!
NOW I'M scared to answer the phone because of ASPIRE CB&T. I shake everytime it rings! These ANIMALS are money hunger, rude AND horrible people who are out to make a fast buck and prey on the souls of poor people who just want a new start!
