Aspire Visa ripoff, illegal billing, doesn't send statements Atlanta Georgia
I have had a number of problems with Aspire Visa also. There must be something that can be done to this company. I was charged by a business and filed a dispute. Aspire told me not to pay while the dispute was in process and told me that the business had a certain period to time to prove that the charge was valid. The time passed and they told me that the charge would be removed from my account. Then they contacted me a long while after to tell me that the business sent them paperwork and they were going to put the charge back on my account.
Now I am in a pay away program with them where they don't send me statements and still charge me huge interest rates despite the promised rate of 0% while on the pay away program.
Then they have the nerve to report me to the credit bureaus for bad credit when they can't even get a statement to my address. I feel better to see that it is not me and other people are having the same problems with this illegal company. If anyone knows what I can do to get some relief from this headache of a company, please contact me. thanks
