Applied for this card online and was sent card with $1500 credit limit, had no problem with card or payments. received notice that my cerdit limit had been increased to $2500 which was great since we were going on vacation I would use this card on everything then pay it off at the end of month.

New limit posted as avaliable so I used this for air fare, hotel, and car rental for total charges on account with $0 prior balance for a total new account balance of $1200 Note: still under my intial $1500 credit limit:

so what comes next, a letter that states they have reduced my credit limit to $1000 and now I am being charged overlimit and late charge at 36%

since I still had not missed a payment, I called and was told this would be fixed system problem.

sent email to customer service with no help, tried Dispute Resolution, no help and when I had finally had enough of running into walls I called and asked for the total payoff so I could just close this out and be done they told me the amount and stated he would discount it by 10% because I was paying it in full so I made the phone payment, paid in full, done with this.

Wrong, I have been getting bill on the 10% discount plus late plus interest. so I still make the call to a SUPERVISOR every two weeks so they can tell me that they see it on the computer and it will be fixed in 5 to 7 days and this has been going on since June.

Oh and yes they are reporting to the big three credit companies that I am late.

Wish I had read this report before I ever opened an account with them
