I was overcharged when purchasing an assessment test from Assessment.com. They were supposed to apply a 25% percent discount for 'liking' them on Facebook and entering a coupon code. However, the coupon code did not apply. After sending three emails and leaving two voicemails, I still have had no response. The first correspondence was sent on Mar 5th, and I have emailed two different addresses. I've seen on Facebook that this is happening to others as well.

I found out that you do not get the credit for 30 days, which makes sense in this case and let me see if I can explain it.

I have an understanding of the ecommerce or purchase process. This is a semi-automated process and the Liking of Facebook is sent to them manually, but it is not connected to the ecommerce or the tool that you paid your money.

There are ways to do that but it could lead to more fraud, so these guys wait 30 days for the charge to settle and then they issue you the credit, and based on my conversation, I totally expect it.

The rubb is everyone is expecting an immediate discount, like if you had a promo code.

Just wait 30 days, then b**ch about it.

People look at reputation and I was just about to purchase their product and am giving it a 2nd thought.
