ASSOCIATION FOR LIFESTYLE REFORM ,ALR THEY SAY THEIR INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED BY ALL DOCTORS & SMALL COPAYS,,,MEANWHILE NO ONE ACCEPTS OR KNOWS THEM & YOU MUST PUT UP YOUR OWN MONEY & HOPE TO GET REEMBURRSED, ONTARIO California
when i first got the fax about this company i thought it was great,,,great insurance for a low price
but like a wise man once said,,"if something sounds too good to be true it probably is"
when i first signed up i was told that they dont accept credit cards & they do not send a bill & that i would have to give my bank acct. # & routing # to start
then after like a month goes by i call (cause we still havent recieved any medical cards) im told they have taken the next months money out of my bank acct
they dont send a monthly bill.i said why cant i pay by credit card ?the girl said we can take a credit card
so i got 2 different stories,,one person says you can & one person says you cant
so i go to my doctor & they tell me they've never heard of tis company, so they call & after being on hold for over 45 mins finally get a hold of them & they refuse to give out any info about anything. my doctor said to run away from them as fast as i can sound medical advise for sure
but the bottom line is this is not insurance although someone has taken the time to make it look like it is with the fancy color brochore
nobody accepts them & nobody knows who or where they are
they take you money & you never get any kind of insurance
a reputable company will have no problem telling you where the are & how to contact them 24-7
this is a huge scam & i wish someone would do something about it. times are tough enough without having to worry about getting ripped off by your insunce company

i cant believe this so called company is still around ripping people off
they said they refunded my money here on ripp off report but the truth is they havent
someone should do something about this "so called" company\
