I received an email saying that I could try it for $4.95 S&H. Nowhere in the email or when I signed up to the did it say that it was a 14 day trial and that I would be charged almost $90 for this product. I was very upset when I look at my bank account the day after I got paid and almost all my money was gone. I called the number on my bank statement and everyone I talked to was completely rude. They would not let me explain and kept over talking to me. They said that they could only refund me half my money when it stated in the email I got that it was 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back. After two phone calls they still wouldn't refund my money and I was told that there was no supervisor that I could talk to. I don't understand how I company can be run like this. It's completely absurd, I had to go to the bank and file a dispute thinking about going to the police department also.

I ordered that oil also. I ordered mine online. Way down in the fine print pages later there is wording saying they will bill you full price for future supplies if not cancelled in 14 days. I called the customer service number on the bottle (which is so tiny it can barely be read) and cancelled my order and had them follow up with an email stating this. If the company is Assure CBD this is their customer service phone # 877-220-9635 Hopefully you can get your money back ( or even a portion of it). Hope this helps! Good luck.
