LIKE TO EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN ASURIAN INSURANCE WITH SPRINT PCS . IVE BEEN A CUSTORMER FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS. THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO USE THE INSURANC FOR MY DAUGHTERS PHONE. WE BOUGHT IN NOVEMBER FOR HER BIRTHDAY gift for feburary .taking the phone to sprint to buy a case someone knocked the phone out of her hand . tried to use the insurance and the denied our claim. always had insurance on the phone. this company is full of crap. and i urge anyone to dont waste your money on this rip off company. when time to use service, they deny you for no valid reason. bull S
