Asurion closed my claim on my son's cracked cell phone. Even though I timely filed my claim and they did not need any additional information, they claim I did not call them back within 60 days. I asked how they contacted me: email, mail or phone. they claim they called my cell phone and left me a message. I stated I did not received a call. I filed a demand letter placing Asurion on notice of a suit. Subsquently, they agreed to open my case and send me the replacement phone which was broken. It has been four months and all I have to show is a broken replacement phone from Asurion.
