On Christmas Eve of 2012 I was in an AT&T store getting an upgrade for our son for Christmas. I learned that Roadside Assistance had been on my account for about a year. I spent an hour with Customer Service working out a partial credit and to make sure it was removed once and for all. Just yesterday I went back into the store to get an upgrade for a daughters birthday and learned that RA was still on three lines! I demanded a refund back to December from the manger Carl Cannon. He would only give me a 100 day refund citing the service agreement I signed. The service has NEVER been used because I have had other comparable service through my auto insurance.
I did not have time to check my bill to make sure that at&t did what they said they would. It was their screw up and they should make it right.
$15 bucks is all it would have taken to make it right and Carl would not budge.
UNBELIEVABLE.

Not AT&T - you stated you did not have "time" to check your bill??? Please. I check my bill every month. You have no one to blame but yourself because you lacked the responsibility of checking you own bills. Grow up.
