I have called 3 times and it is a major problem to get thru to speak to anyone with any intelligence and a clear voice, always very foreign and very hard to understand. In my questioing as to why is my billing going higher, he could not answer, instead he asked stupid questions, as to what is my favorite restaurant??? I told him that is nothing to do with my complaint. I want an answer. He put me on hold and I had to hang up when waiting about 12-15 mins. In paying the bill I added a letter asking why, the increase in the internet service to $23.00   and then $28.00  and the service is slower and amost useless.. NO answer back. I  use AT&T for the high speed internet service to use my Magic Jack & eliminate $160.00   $145.00 per month for long distance and faxes.  This AT &  T is a ripoff and do not handle any complaints or questions. They will stall you !  The parent company is SBC in Texas, another very bad customer service outfit. They don't care, they make their millions and  ignore any good customer service.
