In Oct of 1999 I purchased a 1999 ford escort under the dealership special financing department, who advertised that they would assist customers to rebuild the credit. After several days of the dealership attempting find the worse financing available, waited fir the 48 hour return policy to expire before disclosing the purchase deal to us. After returning to the dealership on the third day only to fine that the escort was going to cost us $23,000 thousand dollars over the next seven years at a interest rate of 17.95%.

The company practices improper selling, misrepresentation of their products and special financing programs.

They use also insurance vehicles from other states to get retitled here in Omaha , then they place these cars on the lot of Wayne Atchley for sale to lower end financial able people. They prey on the weak. I have proof of a car they sold me 5 years ago that was a flooded pos from WI. They work with other FOrd dealers to complete thhis tactic, shows me this is a FORD supported scam. The car was flooded, i even went to talk to the previous owners only to see their whole house was flooded, only to be beat down years later by faudlent lawyers and payoffs to keep it quite, Watch this dealer like a baby with candy. Fraud Ferris is the main scammer there, FUD Ferris

Special Finance means you can buy, not that terms will be good

First, the 48 hour return period begins from when you sign the final contract, which, under Nebraska law, must have full disclosure, including the rates of interest, any and all fees, and the total amount paid over the life of the loan (along with the total amount of finance charges you will pay; the final vehicle price, including trade), and your monthly payment. You are free to stop the transaction and refuse to sign the papers. Second, what did you expect out of a program intended to finance people with a negative credit history? The rates are high, yes; and sometimes it takes a few days to find a lender willing to assume the risk, yes. Honestly, a lot of folks who try to get financed through secondary finance companies are turned down, so you should count yourself lucky that you were offered credit at all. I'm sorry, but it doesn't appear that Atchley did anything wrong. The blame lies squarely on your shoulders for not taking better care of your finances to begin with. Based on the difference in dates between the transaction and your post, this appears to be little more than buyer's remorse, removed 4 years.
