They were sent a business plan requesting over $10,000,000. Don Holiday sent a Business Consulting and Financial Services agreement stating that sumitomo-Mitsui Banking Corp, Growth Fund Partnership, Inc, Mr Ichiro Tanaka, Esq. Tokyo, Japan was to invest over $10,000,000. The agreement was signed.
Don Holiday received $950 for processing the application.
Growth Fund Partnership, Inc received $1,000.
no funding was delivered, and the funds advanced were not returned as promised if they were not able to perform.

I am in the process of getting a loan with this company and have sent already $1,700. They are asking for an additional $700 and I would like to speak directly to the person who posted this report.
