Atlanta Network Technologies (ANTonline) Company did not refund purchase price after RMA procedure followed Roswell Georgia
Atlanta Network Technologies (ANTonline) issued an RMA and then refused to honor it. After five e-mail messages and three phone calls over a one month period, they finally claimed that an RMA had never been issued! A USPS delivery confirmation number shows they had received the return item. When advised that I might have to take up the matter with my credit card provider, Roger in their returns department quipped "Good luck with that, have a nice day" and then hung up the phone.
