We called this company to come out and sevice our fireplace, we couldn’t get the gas pilot light switch to turn on. They quoted us $79.99 over the phone plus any additional parts needed, they came out and within 10 minutes they had turned on the pilot light so we said thank you to the service tech and he went outside. A lady knocked on the door just after and said she would take our payment and give us the receipt. She said the bill was $175 I said no we were quoted $79.99 from the owner on the phone. They proceeded to charge our card the $175 and said we could call the office if we had any disputes.
I contacted the owner Leo and he said he would speak to his tech and call me back, a few hours later and he never called back. I called again, he said he was about to call and would get back to me. Still no call back, a few days passed so I decided to call again and Leo answers and says that I am bugging him and if I wanted to call back on Monday then I could to discuss the bill. So I called back today Thursday to give him a few extra days to settle the issue with his tech over charging us and he cursed me out on the phone and threatened me. Totally unprofessional and not a stand up business! BEWARE!!! SHADY BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC!
