Atlantic Circulation Inc Stole from widow/veteran York, Pennsylvania
I also have been a victim of this companies fast-talking sales person. One of the reasons that companies like this are so brazen is because they know that they can get away with it. This is not the first time that I have fallen for a scam, and nothing was done about that either, even though I filed an online report just like this one!
