On May 16th of 2004 Atlantic Honda of bayshore, sold me an 1998 olos Avhieva, it was finance through Chater One bank, in the amount of $7,561.80. From the first day that we bought the car, we had problem with it. the brakes, cobarator, steering, wheels and some others problems. Then finally the car die on me, while I was in Queens NY. I was told by a service manager to call a tow truck to tow the car to milluem toyota in hempstead. Which I did.

From the first day that I started having all these problem with the car I had ask Sergio Medina, Dennis and Tom c for me to exchange the car for another car the same value of a little higher. After several atemp to fix the nightmare car they agree to exchange the car for another one they would, as soon as I get the title for the Achieva.

Finally I got the title ran to the dealer (atlantic honda) then they told me that they have to get the bank to cancelled the deal on the osmobile achieva. I call them everyday for two weeks no one return my call, the when I got there, it was always some excusses, Dennis and Sergio even became Irate toward me.

Finally Sergio Medina told me that there is nothing he can do for me, because the bank not agreeing, I call the bank myself and the told me that only one time the someone for the dealer call them, but not in reference to the problem. I Serigio told me the only way that he can do anything for me is if I apply for a new loan for the exchange car then everything should work out. Then he handed my file over to Garrett Ramon I did what Serigio said. The exchange car was being sold to me for $8000.00 but I had to Give them 3,000 to pay off the achieva, and they will put the different and pay off the bank. They give me a receipt for $12,074.51

I question why it was so much , and they said that that is only to show to the Bank but when all the paper work is done I shoul only owe the bank about 6000, and they would refun back to me $1,500 which I never got. They had told me that the loan for the exchange car(Hondai Elantra) was approved. Now I am receving letter for a number of Banks saying that my credit application is being denied, because the amount the dealer is asking which is about 12,000 or more is too much.
