I am the sales person mentioned. And while the customer filed his own follow up, I still show up on an internet search of my name as someone who did something wrong, when in fact I argued with the manager Bryan Harris about this transaction and the next day brought it to the attention of the store GM. The issue was resolved due to my efforts and I left the dealership soon afterward since I did not like their business model and more so, specifically how Bryan Harris treated many customers and the sales staff. He was abusive to all, but he has his own pesonality issues and that was the way he made himself feel important.
I am disappointed that ripoff report will not remove my name from this complaint since I was instrumental in having the customers complaint resolved as he stated in his rebuttal, none the less, it shows up when my name is put on a search engine.

Thanks to the General Manager and sales person Russell Ratuszny I am a very happy customer. Atlantic Hyundai stepped up and honored their contract, no thanks to the finance person I dealt with. I will def. reccomend this dealership.
