Atlantic Property Management does not acurately document their spending.  They are suppose to call landlords when they need to spend over $300.  They consistently spend over that amount and will not tell you for months and months.  They do not send a check every month.  They also do not send detailed statements.  They claim to provide this information on their online portal, and then they are either vague or simply do not do it.  It could take months before you find out what they did with your money, as they have to come up with the details miraculously from their imagination.  

Atlantic Property Management has stolen thousands of dollars from landlords.  They have claimed that properties needed immediate furnaces last winter and charged many of their landlords emergency fees for $3000 furnaces that were not needed.  

They have also claimed that units are vacant.  However, it has been found from tenants that office staff were in fact renting out units and accepting cash.  

The owner of the company is non existent.  So your properties are at the hands of incompetent, uneducated staff, who are assisting the company in stealing money.  Do not expect to hear from or even meet Boris.  He's a ghost owner.
