Atlas Contractors AKA Atlas Supply Monthly harrassing, profanity filled phone calls, trying to sell safety glasses, first aid kits, saw blades, tie-down straps Tempe Arizona
We are a small air conditioning company in California. We recieve a harrassing phone call from Atlas Contractors once a month. Most if not all the time they are trying to sell first aid kits, safety glasses, saw blades for a reciprocating saws and the latest tie-down straps.
The calls began about eight months ago and have continued once a month since then. After the third call from seeming to be a different person, I politely asked to be removed from their data base. The following two times I asked again to be removed from the list.
After about three more calls I recieved a call on April 2nd and I immediately cut the guy off and said,"I asked you not to call me any more.
The salesman said, "Ok I will just call your mom."
I asked, "What did you say?"
He said,"You heard me. You are going to rudely interupted me after you asked me to call you back"
I said,"No I asked you to stop calling and remove me from your data base."
He replied,"Well I have your address why don't I come down there and you can tell me to my face."
This goes on for another minute or two as he tells me he will come down there and kick my a**. Then the salesman says I am just kidding april fools. I said no sorry that was yesterday. He says ya your right, this is so and so radio station, your buddy Frank put me up to this. I said I don't have a buddy named Frank. He proceeds to tell me I need to relax and learn how to take a joke. I told him that wasn't funny.
After reading a very similar situation from another company, and recieving a call today from them, I decided to report Atlas Contractors to the police.
I don't see how they sell anything but if they do call you I would be very cautious.

hey Dennis. You are posting ALL OVER THE WEB, on MULTIPLE sites. Hey, at least give yourself more than 30 seconds in between postings, to make it look at least a TAD LEGIT!
