I am part owner of a small construction company and a very similar thing just happened to me. A man called, with unknown on the caller ID, and asked for my father. I asked him what company he was from, and he said, very quickly "Atlas Contractors". I asked where was the company located (bc we do not do business with Atlas anything) and he stumbled a bit and said our state. I said he is not in, may a take a message. He rudely replied that he was "trying to get a bid out" and he needed to speak with him, and then asked for his cell phone. I asked who he was, again, and he started to get angry with me. He asked me if I wanted to get my nails done, or my hair done, and to give him the cell phone number. I said, no, I'll have him call you back. He very angrily replied, "it doesn't work that way, I'll someone else the business" and hung up. Very strange, and I have no phone number to report.

They call me 3 times a week, can be verbally abusive, call in spite of numerous requests not to be called. I report these guys to donotcall each time. It's a good thing they don't live close, they have an appointment with a baseball bat. Report these guys to donotcall complaints, it can't hurt.
