Atomik RC Atomik Venom Batteries Not In Your Lifetime Warranty Rathdrum Idaho
Never again will I buy another Venom battery. Do not be fooled by their so-called "Lifetime" Warranty. I've had two batteries go out in the first two weeks of owning them.
Each battery had a different problem, one battery discharged way too quickly and started to swell and the other battery's balance connector pin broke off in the hole. I did everything I was supposed to. I registered the batteries as soon as I purchased them and took all the necessary steps including pictures of the batteries and their original receipts (which were only 2 weeks old).
As requested, I also verified that all the cells were not run down to 0%. After all that, they still weaseled their way out of replacing the batteries "Due to a technicality" in what the warranty covers and doesn't cover. Bottom line is the warranty is a SCAM, their batteries are mediocre at best. Save your money.
